PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
You can easily and quickly make reservations for our hotel via our website or through the sales office. The types of reservation and payment methods are provided below for your information.

For payments by Visa, MasterCard or Amex credit card, your credit card must be open to international payments, online payments and mail order payments and you need to use 3D Secure Code application. For further information and changes, you need to contact your bank.
The conditions for cancellation and refund may vary depending on the price categories or special offers. Before completing the reservation, we strongly recommend that you read the specific conditions for the price type you have chosen via the link next to the relevant confirmation box.
CANCELLATION AND DEDUCTION AMOUNT
In case of cancellation of a confirmed reservation 7 days or more before the check-in date, the remaining amount is refunded after 25% of the payment made is deducted.
If a confirmed reservation is not canceled 7 days or more before the check-in date, no refund or date change shall be made.
Refund for canceled reservations shall be made within 15 business days.
The refund shall be made to the credit card or bank account of the payer. It shall not be refunded to a different account.
CHANGE PROCEDURE
The hotel's occupancy shall be taken into account for the changes to be made.
In case of a change in reservation, the price and other conditions of the day of the change shall be taken into account. A reservation may be changed for two times at maximum. Change requests must be notified to the Hotel at least 15 days before the check-in date.
