BOOKING INFORMATION
For bookings made on our website, you are requested to select a checkbox stating that you agree on these conditions before payment is made. (I have read and agreed the personal data protection, preliminary information and distance sales agreement.) Selecting this checkbox indicates that you have read, understood and agreed the terms and conditions.
The conditions for cancellation and refund may vary depending on the price categories or special offers. Before completing the reservation, we strongly recommend that you read the specific conditions for the price type you have chosen via the link next to the relevant confirmation box.

In case of cancellation of a confirmed reservation 7 days or more before the check-in date, the remaining amount is refunded after 25% of the payment made is deducted.
If a confirmed reservation is not canceled 7 days or more before the check-in date, no refund or date change shall be made.
Refund for canceled reservations shall be made within 15 business days.
The refund shall be made to the credit card or bank account of the payer. It shall not be refunded to a different account.

The hotel's occupancy shall be taken into account for the changes to be made.

According to the laws of the Republic of Turkey, it is not possible to withdraw foreign currency from credit cards of Turkish banks, or from virtual or non-virtual POS devices of Turkish banks.
We use dynamic pricing on our website and in our sales office. Our prices are primarily related to the date of stay and secondarily to the booking date and occupancy of rooms. Prices are subject to change until the booking is confirmed. Usually you will find a lower price if you book earlier. In rare cases, lower rates may be offered later for a limited number of rooms.
Alp Pasa Hotel does not always guarantee a lower price for any accommodation date via its website.
Child rates are calculated according to the ages of the children and may vary. Therefore, when booking, the age of the child/children you enter the website must be the age on the check-in date. If you book by phone, e-mail or via WhatsApp, you need to notify us of the age of your child or children. The age of your child or children will be verified by the ID card at check-in time. In case there is an inconsistency between the age on the ID card and the age you provided during booking, you will be charged an extra rate depending on the age difference to your knowledge under the same booking conditions.
