TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ACCOMMODATION AGREEMENT
 
This agreement is signed by and between Alp Pasa Hotel (Alptur Turizm Yat. Isl. San. ve Tic. A.S.) with registered address at Barbaros Mah. Hesapçı Sok. No:30- Muratpaşa 07100 – ANTALYA (hereinafter referred to as the “Hotel”) and the CLIENT/ USER/ GUEST/LESSEE or AGENT, who books and agrees on the following terms and conditions in advance by entering/submitting electronically, or communicating on telephone or by e-mail, or sending/confirming by any means their personal information, whose name and IP address are known if they book online and/or whose name and identity details are submitted during booking (hereinafter referred to as the “Client”)
 
    1. The Client agrees in advance to follow the rules and conditions set forth below by booking for any of our company's facilities by phone, e-mail, online, offline or by any other means. The Hotel reserves the right to change the rules and conditions without any notice or liability.
 
    2. The Hotel’s overnight rates and other extras may vary depending on the currency of the country of transaction.
 
    3. About Rooms:
    a) There are many different types of rooms in our hotel. Each room has its own unique design. Images on our website and other channels are for informational purposes only. Room decorations and sizes may vary.  After the reservation is made, if the Client requests, the reservation form and reservation agreement may be submitted to the client by any means they have specified (e.g. e-mail, SMS). For the avoidance of faults, the Client should read and check the agreement in detail.
    b) Each room has its specific different price calculation and the capacity of each room differs. It is not allowed to put an extra bed in some of our rooms. For this reason, you should choose the room to which the system/staff assigns to you based on the number of persons.
 
    4. Check-in and Check-out Procedure
    a) Check-in begins with lunch if it is included in the accommodation on the check-in date. 
    b) The Client may check-in the room at 14:00 pm. 
    c) The stay ends with a breakfast if it is included in the accommodation on the check-out day. The check-out time is 12:00 pm. The Client will be charged for accommodation fee in case of a late check-out. 
    d) Even if the Client does not have lunch, accommodation fee will be charged as they do not check out.
    e) It is not possible for the Client to request a room other than the one booked. 
    f) Subject to availability and payment of the difference, the Client may request to stay in a room in upper category.
    g) If information provided at check-in is different from the information provided at the time of booking as this may be discovered during the verification of number of persons and age of children, the Client shall be required to pay the price difference at the time of check-in. If the room capacity is exceeded, the Client shall be asked to stay in a higher category room and the price difference shall be charged to the Client. 
 
    5. Child and other calculation procedures
    a) A discount for children may only apply in company with their parents. 
    b) Children between the ages of 00 and 02.99 may stay free of charge.
    c) Children between the ages of 03 and 12.99 shall receive a 50% discount.
    d) Child calculations shall be made on the basis of day, month and year. In the calculation of child age, the day of arrival shall be taken into account, and the date of reservation shall not be taken into account. 
    e) Our facilities have rooms of different status. Rooms are also offered based on the age of the child and the number of persons. Although the children are free, the calculation shall be different as the room category changes. 
    f) Extra adults or children shall be allowed to stay in rooms large enough to accommodate an extra bed. Extra bed (rollaway bed) shall not be an external bed.  
 
    6. A change in the reservation may not be made on our website. For this, it is necessary to call the Guest Support Line (0242 247 56 76). A reservation made by any agency may only be canceled or changed by the agency. No further confirmation shall be sent to the Client by the Hotel for reservations made online. The form that is submitted to the Client at the time of reservation shall be considered sufficient. 
 
    7. In case of online reservation, the Confirmation - Invoice shall be delivered by the Hotel as follows: 
    a) Instant Reservation Confirmation and Payment Receipt: Reservation confirmation and payment receipt shall be printed at the last stage of the system and delivered to the Client, and they may also be transmitted to the e-mail address provided by the Client.
    b) If the reservation is made by the Hotel, the terms and conditions in a) shall apply. The accommodation invoice may be submitted to the Client by the hotel by any means after the stay. Reservation Confirmation and Payment Receipt shall be provided to the Client by the agency if the reservation is made by the agency.
 
    8. If the reservation is guaranteed and confirmed by the Client by a credit card, the Payment Receipt and the reservation confirmation shall be provided immediately. In case of an optional reservation that is made bank transfer, then it must be paid to the hotel bank account by the person who made the reservation on the same day. Otherwise, the Hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation without prior notice. The Hotel shall not assume liability for cancellation of a reservation that is not paid. In case of payments made by wire transfer, bank deductions shall be recovered by the Client or agent. After the payment is made any of the following bank accounts, the payment receipt shall be sent by an e-mail ([email protected]).

    9. In order for the reservation to be finalized, the full payment must be made at the time of reservation.
 
    10. In case of cancellation, deductions shall be made under the following period and rules. The penalty amount for cancellation may be up to 100% of the amount paid for the reservation. In cases where the Hotel makes different campaigns, it may set different cancellation rules. 
 
    11. CANCELLATION AND DEDUCTION AMOUNT
    a) In case of cancellation of a confirmed reservation 7 days or more before the check-in date, the remaining amount shall be refunded to the Client after 5% of the payment made is deducted. 
    b) If a confirmed reservation is not canceled 7 days or more before the check-in date, no refund or date change shall be made.
    c) Refund for canceled reservations shall be made within 15 business days. In the case of agents, the refund of the canceled reservation shall be held in the Hotel’s account as a right of usage to be exercised for future reservations. If the agency is still a creditor at the end of the year, the refund shall be made at the end of the year. 
    d) The refund shall be made to the credit card or bank account of the payer. It shall not be refunded to a different account. 
 
    12. CHANGE PROCEDURE
    a) The hotel's occupancy shall be taken into account for the changes to be made. 
    b) In case of a change in reservation, the price and other conditions of the day of the change shall be taken into account.
    c) A reservation may be changed for two times at maximum. Change requests must be notified to the Hotel at least 15 days before the Client’s check-in date.
 
    13. The Hotel shall be entitled to partially/completely change or cancel the reservation before or during the service for a reason not attributable to the consumer/client. The Client/Consumer may agree on such changes or agree on another alternative service offered by the Hotel. If the Client/Consumer does not agree on the changes, they shall have the right to cancel the reservation and receive the fee paid under the agreement within the framework of the cancellation procedures. Although the Hotel has shown all due diligence, the Hotel may cancel or postpone the reservation due to adverse weather conditions, epidemics, road obstructions, strikes, terrorism acts, fog, the possibility of war, unpredictable technical issues, and all these and similar force majeure reasons that prevent the start or continuation of the service.
 
    14. Online payments shall be refunded to the credit card used for the reservation or to the payer's bank account.
 
    15. Only Visa and Master Card shall be acceptable for online reservations.
 
    16. The Hotel does not make any warranty or representation about the completeness and accuracy of the information
available on the website and does not undertake that such information is updated. 

THE MATERIALS AND INFORMATION CONTAINED ON THE HOTEL WEBSITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IT IS". TO THE EXTENT APPLICABLE BY LAW, THE HOTEL MAKES NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ON THE QUALITY, PERFORMANCE, MERCHANTABILITY, FIT FOR SPECIFIC PURPOSE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE MATTERS THAT DO NOT AFFECT THE INFORMATION, SERVICES OR PRODUCTS CONTAINED ON THE WEBSITE.  

The Hotel shall not assume liability for the interruption of the process as a result of breach of agreement, tort, negligence or other reasons, or error, negligence, interruption, deletion, loss, delay in processing or communication, computer virus, communication error, theft, destruction or unauthorized entry, and alteration or use of records.
 
    17. In case the Airport/Bus Station transfer details are provided, a paid transfer service shall be provided. Pricing is based on the distance and number of persons. 
 
    18. CLIENT RECEPTION PROCEDURE
    a) All the clients who will stay must submit their valid identity documents to the Hotel at check-in. The Client who fails to submit an identity shall not be admitted to the Hotel. The Client shall be responsible for the accuracy of the submitted identity documents.
    b) If the Client fails to comply with the Hotel rules/conditions under this agreement, the Hotel shall be entitled to remove the Client from the hotel/rented property. In this case, the Hotel shall not refund the payment to the Client or shall not apply discount on the rent/reservation amount. 
    c) In order to protect the health and safety of Clients and staff, the Client must notify the Hotel of any suspected infectious disease and/or other illness or disorder in themselves or in their family before check-in. In such cases, the Hotel may request additional documents or information and terminate the reservation/rent contract unilaterally. In this case, the Hotel shall not refund the payment to the Client or shall not apply discount on the rent/reservation amount. 

    19. General Conditions
    a) It is not allowed to keep any pet in the Hotel/rented property.
    b) A La Carte Restaurant shall offer paid service. 
    c) In case the Client staying at the Hotel wishes to check out early, it is not possible to refund the remaining days or use the remaining days on the following days.
    d) In cases where the outdoor pool, sea or other service cannot be used in bad weather conditions, a different alternative shall not be offered by the Hotel.
    e) Please note that the height of some balconies, terraces and handrails in some facilities/property operated/owned by the Hotel may be under the recommended standard of one meter. The gaps between some balcony railings are more than 10 cm. In addition, the height between the steps vary and the floors can be slippery due to the nature of the original stones. Some floors may have bumps and indents due to the nature of the stones. For this reason, we would like to emphasize that the Client should be extra careful and never leave their children alone on balconies, terraces and corridors. Since we serve in historical mansions, it is not possible to repair such defects in order to preserve the originality of the mansions.
    f) The Client has to carefully use the hotel rooms/rented property and the fixtures inventories in the hotel rooms/rented property. 
    g) The Client is obliged to treat in good faith the occupants of the hotel/rented property and its surroundings.
    h) The Clients are not allowed to make modifications to hotel rooms/rented property whatsoever.
    i) When the rent contract is expired or the accommodation ends, the Client has to deliver the hotel room/rented property to the Hotel as it was received. Likewise, if the fixtures delivered with the hotel rooms/rented property are not delivered to the Hotel as received, it is obligatory indemnify the Hotel for damages, or to restore them.
    j) In cases where the hotel rooms/rented property must be vacated, the Client shall be liable for the damages that may occur if the rooms/rented property are not vacated. 
    k) The Client shall not avoid taking delivery of the hotel room/rented property, shall not be in breach of the agreement, and shall not demand a discount on the rent/reservation amount due to defects that do not pose a serious danger to the health of Client or its family.
    l) Those who submit the name and Turkish identity card number/valid identity certificate to the reception shall be allowed to access the hotel rooms, rented property and other common spaces. Persons who stay with the Client must first register and make the necessary payments at the reception. Identity information of all clients staying in hotel rooms/rented property shall be reported to the police department by the hotel in accordance with legal regulations. The client shall not be entitled to allow any person other than these persons in the rooms/rented property and common spaces. In such case, the Hotel may remove the Client and the person(s) who did not register at the reception from the hotel. In addition, the Hotel shall report such persons to the police department. In this case, the Client shall not be refunded.
    m) Security Deposit: When the Client starts their stay at the hotel, the Hotel may request a security deposit by credit card or in cash. The Hotel shall be entitled to make a deduction from this deposit if the Client has any extra expenses during the stay, checks out late, stays overtime, or causes any material damage to the Hotel.  
    n) Check-in time is 14:00 pm. An early check-in is only possible based on the occupancy of Hotel at check-in. An early check-in is only guaranteed when stated on the booking confirmation and full-day accommodation charge shall apply.
    o) Check-out time is 12:00 pm. If the check-out time is exceeded, the Hotel reserves the right to remove the Client’s belongings from the rented property/room and/or charge the Client for one day's accommodation.  
    p) Special requests are subject to availability and are not guaranteed. All special requests (extra bed, baby bed, double bed, view, etc.) are subject to availability on the day of check-in and additional charges may apply.
    r) Valuables must be kept in the safety deposit box in the rooms. The hotel shall not assume liability for any lost money, jewelry or valuables in the rooms/rented property or anywhere in the hotel. 2 Euros shall be paid per day for the use of the safety deposit box. 
    s) It is strictly forbidden for the Client to smoke (including vaporizer pens) and tobacco products in the rented property/ hotel rooms and indoor areas. If the hotel discovers that the Client has been smoking in these areas, the Client shall pay a penalty of 150 Euros to the Hotel. 
    t) Towels available in rented property/hotel rooms are for use in rooms only and are not allowed to be taken to the poolside or to the beach. If we discover that the towels are taken from the rooms, 20 Euros per towel shall be charged to your account. Our pool has towels and they are free of charge. Towels are not provided for the beach. 
    u) You must always leave your car key at the reception during your stay. Vehicles whose keys are not left at the reception shall be towed by the police and the associated costs shall be recovered by the car owner. The Hotel shall not be held liable for any damage to your vehicle caused by hotel staff or third parties.
    v) For hygienic reasons, it is forbidden to bring food and beverages from outside to the hotel rooms/rented property. Products from outside shall be removed from the rooms and kept at the reception. 
    y) The reservation amount does not include the products in the mini-bar, use of telephone lines, laundry service, a la carte menu, use of the safety deposit box, and drinks. In case of use, these shall be charged separately.
    z) Breakfast shall free in case of Bed and Breakfast. Apart from this, all food and drinks shall be charged. Bed and Breakfast accommodation provided by the Hotel shall end by the breakfast on the check-out date. For reservations that include breakfast, the breakfast shall be charged on the check-in date. All drinks at the hotel are chargeable.
During the applicable concept times in case of Half Board: The breakfast and dinner shall be served in the areas and times determined by the Hotel. Anything other than the specified services shall be charged separately. For reservations including Half Board, the dinner shall be charged on the check-out date. All drinks at the hotel shall be charged. Such reservations that include lunch shall not include lunch on the check-out date. Please obtain information from the Hotel for reservations for different concepts.

    20. OUTDOOR POOL RULES
    a) Only hotel guests may use the pool.
    b) There is no Lifeguard. Please be informed that using the pool is at your own risk.
    c) Our pool will be open between 10.00 am in the morning and 18.00 pm in the evening.
    d) The maximum depth of our pool is 1.60cm.
    e) Children under the age of 14 must wear a swimming costume and may use the pool accompanied by their parents.
    f) Diving, jumping and running are prohibited. The clients are expected to observe the rules of good manners.
    g) The pool area is slippery. Please always be careful.
    h) Persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs shall not be allowed to use the pool and garden.
    i) The equipment around the pool (sunbeds, umbrellas, chairs, etc.) may not be booked.
    j) It is forbidden to take the towels and bathrobes provided for your use in the hotel rooms to the pool area and to the beach.
    k) Please keep your valuables in the safety deposit box. Hotel management shall not be held liable for valuables lost in any areas of the hotel.
    l) Persons with long hair should wear a swimming cap. 
    m)  For hygienic reasons, all clients are kindly requested to take a shower before using the pool. 
    n)  It is forbidden to bring food and drink from outside to the pool area and other areas of the hotel.
    o)  Pets are not allowed in the pool area. 
    p)  Such persons who have any contagious disease, open wound or skin disease are prohibited from using the pool.
    q)  Outdoor pool rules are subject to change without notice.
    r) The Clients are informed that they may only use the pool and pool area at their own risk and the Hotel shall not be held liable for any damages that may occur during the use of the hotel facilities.  
 
    21. This agreement consists of 21 articles. General rules and conditions and any disputes that may arise are subject to Turkish law, and the courts of Antalya shall be exclusively authorized to resolve disputes. 
Dear guests, in order to serve you better and to fulfill our obligations arising from the Law No. 6502 on the Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts and other legal regulations, your personal information (any personal information that directly or indirectly identifies the user, including but not limited to name, surname, date of birth, mobile phone number, fixed phone number, e-mail, gender, address, Turkish identity card number, passport number, and such information member consents to disclosure on the social media if it is linked with social media accounts) may be requested from you. 
 
We would like to note that the information you provide to use is safely stored by us and processed in accordance with the legislation on the "Personal Data Protection Law".
This agreement has been read, agreed and signed by the Client.
