• In bad weather conditions, when the outdoor pool, sea or another service cannot be used, the hotel will not offer a different alternative. Please note that some of the balcony, terrace and handrail heights in our hotel may be below the recommended standard of one meter. The gaps between some balcony railings are over 10 cm. In addition, some stairwell heights vary and the floors may be slippery due to the structure of the original stones. Some floors are indented and protruding due to the structure of the stones. For this reason, we would like to emphasize that customers should be extra careful on balconies, terraces and corridors and never leave their children alone. Since we provide service in historical mansions, it is not possible to eliminate these deficiencies in order to preserve the originality of the mansions.
• Smoking is prohibited in the rooms and all closed areas. There are sections reserved for smoking in open areas.,
• It is forbidden to enter our restaurants with slippers, shorts and undershirts.
• The rules for using the cooling pool in our hotel must be followed and the responsibility of children in all areas belongs to their families.
• In case of inconsistency and suspicious information on the credit card, the facility has the right to cancel the reservation directly.
• In restaurants and bars, drinks are served to the table, as well as guests can buy their own.
• Alcoholic beverages are not served to guests under the age of 18. Alcoholic beverages are not served during breakfast.
• For their own safety, our guests are required to carry the armbands provided by the front desk upon check-in.
• Babysitting service is not provided in any area of ​​our hotel.
• Check-in time is 14:00. Early check-in is only possible depending on hotel availability upon check-in. Early check-in is only guaranteed when specified in the reservation confirmation and a full-day accommodation fee is applied.
• Check-out time is 12:00. The hotel reserves the right to remove the guest’s belongings from the room and/or collect a one-day accommodation fee from the guest if the check-out time is exceeded.
  Only persons whose names and TR ID number/valid identity document are reported to the reception can enter the hotel rooms and other common areas. People staying with the guest must first register at the reception and make the necessary payments. The identity information of all guests staying in the hotel rooms is reported to the security units by the hotel in accordance with the legal regulations. The guest cannot allow anyone other than these people into the rooms and common areas. In such a case, the hotel may remove the guest and the person/persons who do not register at the reception from the hotel. In addition, the hotel will report these people to the law enforcement. In such a case, no refund will be made.
• When the guest starts staying at the hotel, he/she can request a deposit from his/her credit card or in cash. The hotel is authorized to make deductions from this deposit if the guest has any extra expenses during his/her stay, checks out late, stays over or causes any material damage to the hotel.
• Valuables must be kept in the safety deposit box in the rooms. The hotel cannot be held responsible for money, jewelry or valuables lost in the rooms or anywhere in the hotel.
• A’la Carte Restaurants are provided for a fee.
• In case a guest staying inside wants to check out early; it is not possible to get a refund for the remaining days or use the remaining days on the following days.
• The towels provided in the hotel rooms are for use only in the rooms and it is forbidden to take the towels around the pool or to the beach. There are towels in our cooling pool and they are free of charge. No towels are provided for the beach.
• You must always leave your vehicle keys at the reception during your stay. Vehicles whose keys are not left at the reception will be towed by the police and the expenses are the responsibility of the vehicle owner. The hotel is not responsible for any damage to your vehicle caused by hotel staff or third parties.
• For hygienic reasons, it is forbidden to take food and drinks from outside to the guest rooms.
• The reservation price does not include products in the mini-bar, telephone use, laundry service, a la carte menu, safe use, drinks, etc. These will be charged separately if used.
• Breakfast is free for Bed and Breakfast accommodations. All food and drinks taken outside of this are charged. Bed and Breakfast accommodations provided at the facility end with breakfast on the day of departure. Breakfast taken on the day of arrival is charged for reservations including breakfast. All drinks taken at the hotel are charged for.
• Guests must use the hotel rooms and the inventory of fixed assets in the hotel rooms with care.
• Guests are obliged to behave in good faith with those living in the hotel and the surrounding area.
• Guests cannot make any renovations etc. in the hotel rooms.
• Guests must return the hotel room to the hotel in the same condition as they were received at the end of their stay. Likewise, if the fixed assets delivered with the hotel rooms are not returned to the hotel in the same condition as they were received, the cost of any damages must be paid to the hotel.
• In cases where the hotel rooms need to be vacated/evacuated, the guest will be responsible for any damages that may occur if the rooms are not vacated.
